Barry called the meeting to order.

 

Present were Barry, Greg, Tony, Pat, Karen, Kenn, BJ, Kate and Frank

 

There was no email from Jean therefore the club financial report was not available.

Getting the insurance up to date was discussed as the most important item to accomplish.  Barry will contact them.

 

Jingle Bell run discussed.  Barry will get the information and get it to everyone.

 

Tony Sagare suggests that he could get the mail in the future and take on billing organization.  Motion is seconded and passed.  Tony is the new “MVP”.

 

Shannon will continue to volunteer to do the winter race series.

 

Pat remarks that there is no system for dues renewal.  He asks for a membership form.  

 

Karen states she will take care of income and expense for the Frosty Four race. 

 

Barry will ask Jean what is happening with finances at this point.  

He will also take care of RCA Dues.

 

Frank brought the newsletter.

He gave the Winter Race Series Update; there will be mile markers this year.  Kenn and Pat will be in charge of the table, stove and propane heater.  Karen, BJ and Jean will do registration.  City provides the porta potties.

 

The 2nd race is going to be held at Sarg Hubbard Park.  We will re-evaluate the 3.37 mile course for next year.

Frank is okay for volunteers.  Roundtable has a room that will hold 50-60 people for rewards.

 

Christmas lights social run?  We’ll contact Elizabeth.

 

Karen is working on an artist for shirt sponsors for the Frosty Four.
